God Speaks | august 2021

The Bible tells us that the earth was formless and void and then God spoke into that chaos to create, to bring forth life and flourishing. We have a God who is not silent but a God who speaks! In particular, he has spoken through the written Word (the Bible) and the living Word (Jesus). In our culture, however, both of these forms of God's speech are often misunderstood or manipulated to serve other means. How do we do the opposite and listen well to the God who speaks? Join us this August as we consider the nature of God's speech and how we live in light of it.
