LEAD PASTOR | email@example.com
Dr. Hunter Bailey grew up in Little Rock, where he met and fell in love with his high school sweetheart, Abbie. They both graduated from the University of Arkansas, where Hunter earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and Abbie completed a M.A. in teaching. The newly-married couple then headed south to Jackson, Mississippi, where Hunter attended Reformed Theological Seminary. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity in 2002.
The Baileys’ next stop was across the pond in Scotland. While in the land of kilts and haggis, Hunter served as a missionary with Mission to the World and completed a Ph.D. in systematic theology and church history. His doctoral research focused on Christ’s atonement and assurance of faith in the life of the believer. In 2006, Hunter was called by Reformed University Fellowship to serve as the campus pastor at Emory University. For the next seven years, the Baileys called Atlanta, Georgia, home as they ministered to college students.
In 2013, the Baileys and their three children moved to Arkansas to begin the work of church planting in Fayetteville. Hunter loves all things Razorback, duck hunting, playing sports, hiking with his family, perfecting his backyard smoked BBQ, and playing strategy board games.
MUSIC MINISTRY COORDINATOR | firstname.lastname@example.org
God called Rachel Billingsley to music at the age of 14. The daughter of a piano virtuoso, she was surrounded by music from a very young age. And yet it was intimidating to stand up and sing in public on her own! As a vocalist, she spent years touring with musical groups and serving on staff for two churches. Rachel visited Europe and Australia on musical mission tours and also toured for four years with Maplestreet, a band originating in Fayetteville. She has released two solo records as well as two Maplestreet albums. She and her husband Greg work together to prepare for and lead worship at CCC. Rachel loves using music to glorify God and lead others in worship. The Billingsleys are raising three young daughters who are surrounded by music in their home, just as Rachel was as a child.
